To make the meal plan as individualized as possible, I always ask my client to keep a detailed food diary for a week. The first consultation (60min), where we discuss the client's history in detail plus look at their food record, will provide me with enough knowledge to compile an individualized eating plan.

In our first consultation, we will cover family history, medical records and blood values. Also, the client's childhood, current conditions and concerns, medications and supplementation, their level of physical activity as well as emotional factors. The client's social life (restaurant meals, alcohol intake etc) is also of importance as many of my clients travel or eat our frequently.

The client will received their individualized meal plan a day or two after their first visit.
Follow-up consultations occur every second week or as the client requires.
I also like to change meal plans frequently to keep things interesting and appealing.
